Male:

How to participate:

1)Each country and region can register one team (rated participants), the excess team members sign up as supernumerary and at your own expense.

2)Each country and region can register: 1 officer, 1 coach, 1 bringing referees and 5 athletes (unlimited to match levels, with at least 1 female athlete. But if the number of athletes is less than 5, female athlete is not necessary).

3) The athletes confirm the qualification to represent countries and regions to take part in the match, which is determined by passport. The group leaders, coaches and referees represent countries and regions, which is determined by the application form.

4)The bringing referee must be first-level referee and has been referee in Chinese style wrestling competition for more than three times. The accommodation is borne by the Assembly but the transportation fees at your own expense.

5)Athletes’ age: the athletes must be born: December 31, 1971 -- December, 31, 2000. All athletes must be in good health and purchase Personal Accident Insurance in advance; otherwise, you are not allowed to take part in the competition. The injury or illness during the competition are at your own expense and the committee will coordinate with it.

Competition Method

1)The committee will adopt the latest Chinese Wrestling Competition Rules which is revised by General Administration of Sport of China.

2)Men and women hold individual match separately. The team scores is accumulated by individual score ( the first place gets 9 scores, the second place gets 7 scores, the third place gets 6 scores, the fourth gets 5 scores, the fifth gets 4 scores, the sixth gets 3 scores, the seventh gets 2 scores and the eighth gets 1 score.)

3)Single elimination will be adopted if the number of athletes at each level are more than 6. Single round-robin system will be adopted if the number of athletes at each level are under 5(including 5). The athletes will attend the lightweight competition if the number of athletes is less than 2.

4)The winner of single round-robin gets 2 scores and the loser gets 1 score. If someone abstain, the winner gets 2 scores and the abstention gets 0.

5)Athletes weight-in before the competition to determine the competition level and draw lots.

6)The wrestling dress and shoes of the athletes (rated members) will be provided by committee.

7)Athletes are forbidden to use illicit drugs.

Admission and incentive measures:

1)Men and women of each level will take the top eight. The athletes will be awarded according to the actual number if the number is less than 8.

2)The top three will be awarded with gold medal, silver medal and bronze medal.

3)The top eight will be awarded with certificate.

4) The team score at top eight will be awarded with trophy and certificate.

5) The team ranking is determined by the total individual scores. If the scores are equal of the teams, the ranking will be determined by the amount of gold medal, silver medal and bronze medal.

Sign up

1)Sign up start from June 20, 2016 to September 20, 2016, in the form of electronic version.

2)The confirmation deadline is September 20, 2016.

3)Please fill the application form( with official seal), attach electronic photos of the officer, coach , referee and athletes (two of two inches in nearly three months full-faced color photos), send the scanned application forms and photos to 240462477@qq.com、zsrstxh@163.com).

Check in

1)The team must arrive in Zhongshan city, Guangdong Province on November 9, 2016 or before 12 am on November 10, 2016 (the specific address will be informed later). Please contact the committee two days in advance to pick up.

2)The teams leave before 12 am on November 14, 2016. Please contact the committee one day early to send you to station.

3)The team should provide 2 national flags and the U disk with national anthem to the committee when you check in. The national flag is used to hang over the venue, the national anthem is to play for the awards ceremony. The specifications of the national flags is 192cm×128cm.

Funds

1) The round- trip transportation fee of the team member (rated members) are at your own expense, but the accommodation costs shall be at the responsibility of the event host; the undertaker will provide transportation allowance of 2000RMB to each team member (rated members).

2) The accommodation of early arrive and delayed leave are at your own expense. The supernumerary are all at their own expense (charge $80 per person per day).

Referees

The referees will be appointed by Chinese Wrestling Development Committee of Chinese Wrestling Association.
